The journey inward - to truly meet the authentic me that sits inside of my chest - is what has made my outward experience more ease-filled, more loving, more blissful, more delicious.
Finding my way to "her" has brought me more riches than anything else.
I wish someone had told me that conforming to the constructs of our world would lead me away from her. Through all of these challenges, I know I was just being called higher and into my destiny.
As I searched for "the way", what I came to realise is that everything I needed was hiding, deep in the valley of my chest.
And what I learned here, was that by deconstructing the things I believed would get me to some far off idea of a "destination", is where I found my true self. She didn't live outside of me, or in a model of success, or a "hustle and grind" mentality - she lived in my inherent and natural propensities. She lived in the places that I already knew felt good.
My aim, is to reconnect you with her - the YOU that lives primarily in joy and ease. I do this through human design, energetics, deconstructing, closed-eye practices and truth.
